As the company evolves into a cloud first business model a new purchasing experience is needed. This design is an early working draft of how Hyland's product suite can be adapted to a monthly subscription model.

Customer Journey

A developer working at a cloud-based software developer that helps higher education institutions create a connected campus with solutions for finance, IT, student services, and more is looking for a solution to digitally secure and distribute diplomas, transcripts and
other documents.

She has been doing some research including reading industry analyst reports that leads her to do an internet search for Hyland blockchain.

She finds a Gartner report on the future of blockchain in higher education, which lists Hyland as a great option.

Sarah clicks a link in the Gartner report, taking her to Hyland.com's home page.

Microsite Landing Page

The landing page showcases the software suite management hub, low code solutions, business metrics as well as developer resources.

Product Page

She finds trusted documents listed under blockchain solutions in Hyland's product listings. Features include real customer use cases, pricing options and developer documentation.

Account Creation Page

After reviewing the product page and documentation for Trusted Documents, she decides to get started with a demo. She creates a Hyland
account to access demos and additional resources to see how well the product truly meets her needs.

She spends time in the demo. Using the provided templates to kick start her experience and continues to adapt the demo for a few more days, and is eventually prompted that she has reached her cap and can take any of the actions listed.

Pricing Page

She decides to review pricing where she can compare and customize her features and packages.

Marketplace

After she and her team decide to purchase, she uses the Marketplace where she can download templates, additional tools, etc.
