Cleveland Clinic Email Module System
The Cleveland Clinic sends out numerous emails through countless marketing tracts and under a variety of minimally different sub-brands. We had the opportunity at Hileman Group to unite all these divisions into one modular email template. It needed to satisfy the overall CC brand and content goals of each division. We undertook an email audit that spanned all of these subsets and put together a single template that would unite all the brands while also achieving each brands business goals.

Using the overall CC brand guidelines as our main source of truth, we considered the other sub-brands in ways that would allow them to differentiate from the mother brand in unique ways.
Email Modules Annotated
In an effort to align all internal client teams we put together an annotated version of the template design. This document would allow them to go through the design and make sure it meets all the business criteria for their sub-brands.
